How do you make a facebook picture appear on news feed again?

I've seen people make their older facebook pictures appear on news feed again, saying for example "2 mins ago", as if they reuploaded them, but they didn't. It's NOT SHARING and it's NOT commenting or liking the photo so as to appear again. All it says is their name and the picture, but saying it was added now. Can someone help?

it shouldnt appear in ur news feed

click the image that you want to make appear again, even if its the same profile picture you have now, refresh the picture and scroll down then click "make profile picture" and it should work

simply like it.. comment on it... or share it again to make it appear on the news feed.
