How to retrieve mail in facebook?

I sent someone a mail in facebook, but now want it back. How do i get it back? I know I can delete wall posts but this isn't a wall post

Once log in to Facebook, on the top of the page, click on Inbox and your mailbox should be in there. You can't delete the mail that you sent, only to view it.
