No, there is no way to know who looks at your page. If you post on their wall or comment on something they have posted, they will know, but other than that there is no way to know. If you are asking this because you want to make a Facebook profile, then you should know that if someone is in the same network as you, they can see your page. Not just a page for non-friends, but your whole page. Be careful and stay safe!
