Making money from Facebook groups?

If you create a group that ends up having a ton of members, can you make money off that? How?

No,there is no way of doing that,unless its like the group that guy made saying he would eat all that mcdonalds,the only reason he is making money is because he got the media's attention,so if you create a group with an actual cause that is like super duper poular.......then u just might get the media's attention,but thata also super duper unlikely,so in short...no you cant make money off a facebook group.
