How to get RSS feed of Facebook status?

Question

I would like to get an RSS feed linked to my Apple Mail from a facebook group.
This group I am a member of posts events as status updates.
I would like these status updates to show up as feeds in my Apple Mailbox, so that I dont have to go see whats up in the group every day.

So basically, how do you get an RSS feed from Facebook statutes.

You can get notifications by RSS, go to http://www.facebook.com/notifications.php and click via RSS near the top.
