How do I get more people in my Facebook Group (and ultimately on my website)?

Question

I am the co-owner of a reasonably new website called Wren Music Reviews, a music reviews, interviews and news website created and written by students. We don't have massive amounts of cash to spend advertising the Facebook Group or the website www.wrenmusicreviews.com. How do I increase the number of members in the Facebook group and ultimately get more visitors to the website? We've already sent messages out to members of the group asking them to invite all their friends.

Well, try to post the groups link as your status on facebook, post the groups link on your friends profile so that more poeple will see the group................

Hello Martin,



From experience, the simple, yet very powerful method that i use is to get friends to join my group automatically is through the use of the biggest groups on the facebook, kwown as Mafia Wars. It's quite interesting to know that these groups are busy virtually every minute of the day. What i do is to join such groups and then use two unique techniques to get the people. It is either i use the methods spelt out by the group admins to add get more friends, or from time to time, i post Add Me on about 10-20 of such groups. With this system, i surely receive at least 50 invites in a day. In a week, i had more friends who i sent my group invitation to.



To help you understand this properly, i have put up a simple report that will show you in step-by-step guide how you will get friends and then qualified group members. Since your website is about Music, i am sure that people will be interested in it.



Aside from the report, i also added an ebook that i purchased sometime ago on a facebook guy who got 1.4million fans on his facebook. This ebook will be of immense help to you and anyone who wants to venture into facebook marketing.

You have just done it. You've got me, at least to have a look. I'm in the process starting a community/mental health creative arts venue with music rehearsal space being the main source of funding. Mental health is my approach because, as nothing even remotely similar exists in the neighbourhood, if indeed anywhere, the operation is , news-worthy, inviting some free publicity, hopefully.

In your case, maybe find an angle which separates 'Wren from the Rest' as it were.

it simply puts yr group on advertisements probably at the side of facebook pages..when ppl see it they might join it.
