The common practice to Tag or create anchor text of someone on Facebook is by type @ before someone’s name, but by applying this method you can’t edit or change anchor text of that particular link.

Sujan,
How does this help being able to anchor texts in comments? That was the question. I don't want to create a note, I want to comment on someone's post and anchor a link to the text in that comment.
Almost every link I click on concerning this mentions the Note way to fix it...but none say how we can do this in comments. Do you not read the questions?

Hyperlink In Facebook Status

The inability to format Facebook statuses with HTML elements such as hyperlinks is frustrating for some users. You can still insert Web addresses directly into a status update and let Facebook convert it into a shared link for you. But if you want to anchor hyperlinks in text and add more formatting to your message, use Facebook's blogging tool, Notes. Because Facebook Notes supports HTML, you can turn plain text into hyperlinks just like in a Web page.
Step 1 Click "Notes" on the left column on your Facebook home page. Click "Write a Note" at the upper right of the notes page.
Step 2 Enter a subject title for the note in the "Title" field. Compose the note in the "Body" field, using the formatting tools in the toolbar to add styles if needed.
