How can I get a Facebook eMail notification when a friends posts something?

Can I get a Facebook eMail notification when a specific friend posts anything at all? I don't want to have to keep checking facebook just in case they have posted something.

I'm not only interested in when someone comments on a photo.

All my settings>notifications are set on but none seem to cover this facility.

Thats normal dude! Just check your settings and uncheck the box that gives you the option of not receiving these notifications. But once you comment on someone's post your are basically doomed to receive a notification all the time someone posts something to wherever you post it something as well.

1. click ''account'' in the upper right hand corner

2. click the second tab called ''notifications''

3. make sure every box is checked under the envelope, on the left side

4. click ''save changes'' at the bottom

go to your email if its yahoo or gmail only and go to uptates and add facebook by clicking the facebook icon
