Question:
Can someone use pictures of you from facebook for own personal use?

A local bar in town (Dooly's) is finding pictures of people barred from Dooly's on facebook and posting them into their own "Barred" book. Is this legal? Are they allowed to take, and print and paste into their book your picture from facebook?

Additional Details
Would it not be the same thing as me taking a picture of someone and posting it on some kind of advertisement or something??? that should be illegal I think. I never had my picture in "the book" but I think it has to be wrong! I think facebook has rights but no one else does... but i'm not 100% on this.

Technically once you put anything on Facebook they have the right to do whatever they want with it and it's public property
