Reply with the word "unsubscribe" when you receive a text message update about that person. You will receive a confirmation text notifying you that you have successfully unsubscribed to that friend’s status updates.

You can also manage all of your subscriptions from the Mobile tab of the Account Settings page.

There are two ways to unsubscribe from someone:

1.Go to that person’s profile (timeline). From there, hover your mouse over the Subscribed button and click Unsubscribe.

2. You can also unsubscribe by clicking next to a post you see in your news feed and selecting Unsubscribe.

After you unsubscribe, the subscribe button on the top of their profile (timeline) will reappear as an option.

I hope it helped u... :)

bypass to that individual's profile, click "subscribed" to unsubscribe. (suitable appropriate area, under the canopy photograph) Or if there's no unsubscribed button, click the "acquaintances" button (additionally on the suitable appropriate) and uncheck each and every thing that's checked on the record.

add them to your acquaintances list if you dont want their status updates and dont want to remove them as a friend
