if I delete an update on my mini-feed, which appears on my profile page, will that stop it from appearing on other people's newfeed pages?

yep, ... the mini feed drives me nuts, people don't need to know all that stuff lol... but you can also go to your privacy settings and control what you want showing up in your mini feed as well...instead of just clicking on the little "x" on every single thing in the mini feed..

Yes. If you delete it soon enough it won't even show up on other people's feeds. That way you can skip the wait and not let people see it. However, the easiest way to make sure no one sees it at all is just not to do it.

If you delete it imediatelly it won't show.

yeah, it goes away automatically as soon as you delete it.
