why does my facebook say Facebook Will Be Back Soon Facebook is down for required maintenance?

Everyone in my home can log into their account but me and I can log in from my cell phone just not my computer its only me this is happening too...Why is this happening this is the message im getting

there's a good chance you have created more than one account, and facebook busted you for it - since it's against the rules to create more than one account



for some reason it seems to be a common question coming from people who live in india... strange, i know

within 24 hours you will be able to login again
