Julipe Baluran was my "wife to be" (she said) last year and I paid 3,100 euro though Western Union addressed to her,
She was "working" in Zopia http://www.zorpia.com/tribalbabe with her true name Julipe Baluran.
You can Google julipe_baluran@yahoo.com and find her in Flickr too.
Now she works in Facebook too with two different names:
Shayne Baluran Taylor
Kristina Faith Labistre Baluran
Theese are her usual email.
The scamming technique in Facebook is new and intelligent, maybe an idea of her sister Ruchelen Baluran.
In italian I got 2 replies.
the 1st is going to the Postal Police (specialized in internet crimes)
the 2nd is to ignore her.
I want her to appear in the lists of scammers.
I can go to the police, but does it exist a direct way to a site or to somewhere to get her listed.
Facebook protects fake profiles, lairs and photo thievers, then inderectly scammers making it impossible to report them.

There are several sites that list scammers.

Making a scammer's scam googlable on every scam-warner-anti-fraud-busting site you can find is a great way to slow that scammer down when a suspicious potential victim goes looking for information, finds your post containing the scammer's name, email address, copy/paste emails, phone number and any other information you have. Then the potential victim does not become a victim because you took the time to "get the word out". Thanks!!

Wasting a scammer's time legally and safely is called "scambaiting". If you google that word, you will find sites where you can read scambaits, post up the emails and email addresses of scammers, ask questions and learn all about that hobby.

None of these names are real

You can report her name, email, phone and photos to the big romance scam sites so others searching her name will find your posts

Unfortunately the scammers change names every few weeks - once they find the name they used on a scambusting site they create a new name

NEVER send money to a person you have not met IN PERSON for any reason. NEVER give your full name, home address, bifthdate or any other private information to anyone you have not met IN PERSON

Sorry you lost your money but you need to be aware that an estimated 75% of all profiles on dating sites belong to scammers. If you can't meet face to face they do not exist

And if you really think a woman would agree to marry a man she has never met, you are crazy. With all the perverts, rapists, etc targeting women online, no woman would ever agree to marry a man she really knows nothing about. You can't believe any story anyone tells you online

I found this website which enlists internet scammers and I think this will help you to make her identity known to others.
