I can't message a photo to a facebook friend?

when using facebook message, I attempt to attach a photo but it doesn't come out to them or on my side. I've tried deleting cookies; temp files, etc. running disc cleaners and sweepers. Anything else I can do?

There are two main ways to include a photo, video, or link in your message. While you are composing a message, you can click the appropriate button in the "Attach" section below the message field. Or, anytime you use facebook Share functionality, you can send a message with the link to the site included in the message.

You are not alone. For approximately 3 days I have not been able to send photo attachments with my message. I can still upload to albums but the message comes through minus the photo I attached.

I actually just tried this out myself, and seem to have the same situation. The image does not appear in the message on either end (sender or receiver). In that case it leads me to believe that it is a temporary problem for all facebook users. I'd suggest sending a bug-report to facebook.
